Chelsea offered unique boost in €70m striker pursuit

Chelsea belong to a handful of clubs that could use a unique publication clause in the Treaty of Borussia Dortmund striker Serhou Guirassy.

This summer, the blues are among the many top sites in search of a new goal scorer and will compete with Arsenal, Liverpool, Manchester United and a number of other clubs when the transfer market is opened. Victor Gyokoker, Victor Osimhen, Benjamin Sesko, Hugo Ekitens and Liam Delap are all taken into account.

With such high competition, all clubs create long lists of potential destinations and loud Sports pictureGuirassy is on the radars of many – what is not surprising for a striker who scored 28 goals in 40 games and has recently scored three against Barcelona.

It is said that Guirassy dreams of playing in the Premier League, and when he came to Dortmund last summer, his entourage negotiated a publication clause that is specifically for “half a dozen” top pages in Europe, of which a Chelsea is.

Chelsea was strongly connected to Guirassy in the past. He refused to move to Stamford Bridge in 2020 due to concerns about his season and was back on the radar in 2023. The blues were also temporarily connected to the Guinea internationally before it came to Dortmund for € 18 million (€ 15.4 million) for € 18 million (€ 15.4 million).

If you finally choose Guirassy for your many years of interest, Chelsea is one of just a few pages that can trigger a release clause from which it is assumed that it sits around the mark of EUR 70 million (60 million GBP) and will only be active after the club world champion this summer.

The way it looks, Guirassy is not in a hurry to leave Dortmund, and the club officials are not hurried to agree, although the disappointing campaign of the club is likely to miss the Champions League football, which could force you to entertain the turnover in order to compensate for the income drop.

Guirassy is considered ambitious and is interested in staying in Europe’s top competition. It may open the door, although Chelsea’s participation in the Champions League is also far from the next season.

The team of Enzo Maresca is currently taking sixth place in the Premier League classification, a point behind Manchester City in fifth place. England’s Top 5 will qualify for the competition.
