Crystal Palace has confirmed that head coach Laura Kaminski left the WSL fighters with immediate effect.
Before the view of an immediate descent, the Eagles are back to the women’s championship after they have won only one game throughout the season and are four points at the end of the table.
Kaminski was appointed as head coach of Palace in the summer of 2023 and led the club to the top flight for the first time in its history, but has tried to maintain the dynamics in a very competitive WSL.
The chairman of Crystal Palace, Steve Parish, said in a club declaration before Kaminski’s discharge: “This was an extremely difficult decision for the association.
“Laura gave her everything on and off the field and she goes with all our thanks and best wishes for the future.”
The club has not provided any further information about who will take over the responsibility of the head coach who rises in the WSL conflict of this weekend with Liverpool on the way to a new head coach after submitting Matt Beard.
