Crystal Palace vs Ipswich: Preview, predictions and lineups

This Saturday Crystal Palace wants to go more misery to descent Ippich Town if you welcome the tractor boys in Selhurst Park.

The Eagles won eight of their last ten games in all competitions, as they continued their recovery from a slow start to the campaign and last weekend the FA Cup quarter-finals after the victory over the London Rival Millwall.

Oliver Glasner’s team will be strong favorites for the collision on Saturday with the fighting Ipswich, but their disappointing home balance gives the tractor boys a glimmer of hope. Palace is fourth in the table on the basis of its away record this season, but is in the 16th place with only three wins in 14 Premier League duels.

Ipswich would like to take advantage of any uncertainty, but showed only a few signs that they can carry out a surprise triumph on Saturday. They only removed from home in the league twice and have now been reduced five points in the competition after six defeats compared to the last seven.

Here is 90 minutes Guide to the collision in South London.

Jean-Philippe Mateta will be absent for the weekend after suffering a bad head injury during the collision with Millwall. Goalkeeper Liam Roberts collided with the striker in full inclination and forced him to be taken to the hospital to get 25 stitches on the left ear.

Glasner is confident that the French striker, who scored 12 goals of the Premier League this season, recovered until the international break in March.

Will Hughes is another influential absence for Ipswich’s visit after having accumulated ten yellow tickets in the league this season. He will be suspended as a result for the next two games.

Cheick Doucore and Chadi Riad are out of the edge for the rest of the campaign, while Joel Ward is still injured.

Palace predicted line-up against Ipswich (3-4-2-1): Henderson; Richards, Lacroix, Guehi; Munoz, Lerma, Wharton, Mitchell; Sarr, Eze; Nketiah.

Kieran McKenna

Ipswich’s extensive injury list will not help to surpass the decline, with fitness problems affecting the team selection on the field.

Axel Tuanzebe is missing the last time he was withdrawn closer to Nottingham Forest during the FA Cup defeat, while Cameron Burges, which was also replaced early, is rated closer to the kick-off. WES Burns is also connected by Conor Chaplin and Sammie SZModics on the side, the latter experiencing an ankle operation.

Julio Enciso and Omari Hutchinson are closer to the returns and could appear in the squad this weekend. Kalvin Phillips is another that will force a late decision about his fitness, but Christian Walton will return to the wrinkle on Saturday.

Walton’s return is in time because Arijanet Muric is likely to be missing with a shoulder problem.

Ipswich predicted the line-up against Palace (4-2-3-1): Palmer; Johnson, O’Shea, Greaves, Davis; Morsy, Caeaste; Philogenic, Broadhead, Clarke; Delap.

In view of its latest form and the increasing injury crisis, Ipswich will only have a few expectations of the capital. Even Palace’s doubtful home record in the league is unlikely that the sufficient thrust that is necessary to disturb the opportunities.

Palace will be Mateta without a top scorer, but Eddie Nketiah has found a certain target form in the last games and should fill the gap. The palace was largely solid in this term and is unlikely that Ipswich’s injurious front line will get into trouble.

Predict: Crystal Palace 2-0 Ipswich
