Agbonlahor claimed that he would “move countries” when the Red Devils Watkins signed and asked his old club not to replace him with Dominic Calvert-Lewin.
The former Everton striker is a free agent after leaving the Toffees at the end of June.
He has not yet found a new club, with Newcastle giving talks about a possible step.
United also signed the 28-year-old, who is reportedly a potential goal for Villa and AC Milan.
After Ruben Amorim’s side had started signing Watkins this summer.
The 29-year-old is a leading goal scorer in the Premier League after overtaking Agbonlahor last season.
After Agbonlahor heard of the interest of his former club in Calvert-Lewin on the Drive, he called: “Why don’t she lie for? Lying. Don’t dare, don’t dare. Who put it in?”
Then he confronted co-moderator and united fan Andy Goldstein and added: “You think you will take (Ollie) Watkins and we will get Calvert-Lewin? Under no circumstances, I would move countries.”
The moderator of Talksport continued: “Because you would really hurt me in all clubs that Ollie Watkins took.”
However, Agbonlahor praised Calvert-Lewin, although he does not want the villa to sign him as a replacement for Watkins.

He said: “Calvert-Lewin is a good player who played for his country.”
How many goals has Calvert-Lewin scored for Everton?
Calvert-Lewin spent nine years in Goodison Park before his Everton exit.
After the end of his contract, the striker left a free transfer to the end of last season.
During his time on Merseyside, Calvert-Lewin scored 57 goals in 239 Premier League appearances for the Toffees.
However, he found the goal in the last term in another campaign for the injury hotel only three times in the league.
Calvert-Lewin missed over three months in the second half of the season due to a thigh injury.
Despite his injury officers, the former man of Sheffield United scored a total of 71 goals in all competitions for Everton during his time in the club.
He also has 11 England Caps in his name and scored four goals for the three lions.
However, Calvert-Lewin has not been included in an international squad since Euro 2020.
