Strasbourg is on the right track to end the season in the top 6 of the Ligue 1, which means that the view of European football for central defenders is on the go when he has moved.

In the last game of the season, the Blueco-owned club needs a victory or a draw against Le Havre to secure their place.

This season, Egan-Riley was in addition to central defender Maxime Esteve and goalkeeper James Trafford in Burnleys 30 clean leaves.

Already in February Talksport reported that Burnley would request £ 30 million for James Trafford.

Newcastle was confident that he had finally signed Trafford this summer after some previous attempts to remove him from lawn Moor.

After a record -breaking season and 100 points, Burnley had to be satisfied with second place behind Leed’s United due to an inferior difference in goal.

In all 46 games in the championship this season, Burnley lost only two occasions and became an Ever team in England’s top four -steps to collect 100 points and not to win the title.

After Scott Parker, Manager of Burnley, secured the campaign, he said to Talksport: “I am a fairly emotional type to be honest with you. So yes, crazy.

“100 points this year, two defeats throughout the season, the record in 33 unbeaten goals that we have admitted.

“Every other year would have probably been enough to win the title.

“It was not the case, but nothing less than proud and quite remarkable what we did this year.”

Parker’s team looked into the 2025/25 campaign and has already secured the signing of four borrowed players.

Just a few hours after securing the transportation, Marcus Edwards, Jaidon Anthony, Bashir Humphreys and Zian Flemming were permanently signed after successful loan magic in the club.

In the four transfers in April, the Clarets looked almost £ 40 million for the quartet.
