The Belgian sides Ghent and Derby were both connected to Vyner in the transfer window.

However, Wrexham appeared as a candidate after rejecting £ 1.75 million for the 28-year-old.

This season Vyner played every minute for Bristol City both in the championship and in the Carabao Cup.

The Robins are confident that he will remain about the deadline beyond the deadline, Talksport understands.

Championship clubs have time on Monday to 7 p.m. to carry out their transfer business.

Wrexham has already made 10 new obligations after the doctorate last season.

The Phil Parkinson’s team has been back in the second stage for the first time in 42 years, thanks to three consecutive advertising campaigns.

So far, he has spent 23.7 million pounds and has broken the club’s transfer record three times.

A successful step for Vyner would see how he leaves Bristol City after having come through her academy in the first team nine years ago.

Manager Gerhard Struber turned the interest in the central defender after the victory on Saturday against Hull on Saturday.

The Austrian said Bristol Live: “I think Zak Vyner has offers from various clubs, it is no surprise for me.

“He is a very important player, and in every game we can see how important he is for the club for the team.

“He is a Bristol City player, he has grown here, so he is the face of the club and we know what we have with him, but for Zak Vyner I think he is very happy here.

“He is very, very happy here and he enjoyed the time here, but I am absolutely not surprised that other clubs have great interest in him and maybe also for one or the other player.

“He is super important for the here and now, and if we lost it, this would cause great damage to us in my opinion.

“I think to lose a player at this level, so close before the transfer window closes. I think this would be harmful, but this is not a big discussion between us and management.

Wrexham presented a large championship warning after a heartbreaking defeat on the opening weekend

“I hope that nothing will happen in this direction in the next few days. I have a very good connection to Zak and I hope he also realizes what he has about us in the club.

“I am not a dreamer. We know the contractual situation, we know that and everything, but I hope he will stay and nothing will happen.”

During his time at Bristol City, Vyner did 240 first teams in the first team.

He spent his entire career with the club outside of loan magic in Accrington, Plymouth, Rotherham and Aberdeen.
