The midfielder of Barcelona Gavi has emphasized every conversation from A transfer Away from Catalonia this summer.
The tireless midfield tyro is no longer a regular in Barcelona’s first team. This is to be expected after you have spent the best part of 11 months on the side and recover from an ACL tear. Gavi has encouraged any fitness backing since he achieved his long-awaited return in October, but his regular status as a replacement has triggered unwanted rumors.
Some outlets reported on advanced interests from Chelsea from Premier League, and even hovered with an offer of € 60 million (50 million GBP). After Gavi came against Benfica for the last 20 minutes of the Champions League Walk in Barcelona against Benfica, he gave his powerful reaction to the speculation.
“People make up a lot,” the puzzling midfielder made. “You say offers from here and I don’t know what, but it’s all lies. I signed for five years at Barca and I will see it because it is the club of my life. I will be there as long as possible. We are doing a lot, I am calm, the manager trusts me.”
An incident in the final phases of Barcelona’s 7: 1-Obliteration by Valencia in January shows how Gavis interests go beyond his personal development.
The head of Barcelona, Hansi Flick, revealed a heart -warming scene when he led Gavi from the replacement bank. “I wanted to attract him in the last 15 minutes, and he told me no that I should use Pablo Torre instead,” the German boss visibly revealed in awe before the 20-year-old. “This is incredible, it’s fantastic.
“You can see how the team and the players are connected. It is amazing. As a coach, it is incredible. I love Gavi. I love this attitude. He wants to play every game and speak in this situation is fantastic, it is the top priority.”
As Gavi hung up in his spiky answer, he has a contract in Barcelona until June 2030, after not writing a new deal in January. There is hardly a chance of the player – or the club – to end this relationship soon.
