Newcastle has agreed a deal worth £ 40 million for the midfielder of Aston Villa, Jacob Ramsey.
The villa has reluctantly agreed to sell the graduate of the Ramsey Academy to stay on the right page of the UEFA -FFP rules.

The 24-year-old is ready to go to Newcastle, who qualified for the Champions League this season after rejecting West Ham’s interest in the early this summer.
