Crystal Palace are expected to make a bid worth up to £50million for Wolves striker Jorgen Strand Larsen, according to The Pitch Prospect.
Leeds rejected an offer worth over £30million for the Norway international last week.

Wolves have valued the 25-year-old at around £40million.
The Premier League bottom club rejected a £55m offer from Newcastle in the summer transfer window.
Palace have intensified talks with intermediaries working on Strand Larsen’s exit in recent days.
Now The Pitch Prospect understands they will submit an offer worth £45m with a further £5m in add-ons.
Strand Larsen is considered a replacement for the departing Jean-Philippe Mateta.
Nottingham Forest does made a £35 million bid for the striker, although personal conditions are not a problem.
However, Spurs could also be the ones to watch in the final days of the window.
The Pitch Prospect’s verdict on Strand Larsen
He scored 14 goals in 35 games for Wolves last season and was therefore in high demand.
However, he struggled in the 2025/26 season, only scoring once in 19 games.
With Wolves heading towards relegation, it looks like they will now decide to cash in.
Former Crystal Palace owner Simon Jordan was less than impressed with what he saw from Strand Larsen.

He told The Pitch Prospect: “I’ve seen Strand Larsson, I think he’s a donkey. If Palace think he’s something different and they have the replacement, some would say 18 months ago Mateta was one too.”
“It hit a vein of the form underneath [manager] Oliver Glasner. In the end everyone gets what they deserve.
“You can look at the karma around football and figure out where it ends up.
“The fact is he wants to go, he has the right to go. Palace can put a lot of money on him, buy a new player who wants to come to Crystal Palace and move on.”
“The manager will leave, they will replace him with another manager who will hopefully keep Palace afloat in the Premier League and order will be restored.”
Transfer battle for relegation
Here, The Pitch Prospect’s chief football correspondent Alex Crook explains who the Premier League strugglers will be looking to sign in the final days of the window.
West Ham
West Ham were already busy. They have signed a few strikers. Apparently they brought Adama Traore through the door for £2m yesterday, a player Nuno Espirito Santo knows very well.
They are looking for a goalkeeper and we have been reporting on their talks with Antonin Kinsky at Tottenham for around 48 hours.
Nottingham Forest
Forest will conduct business as usual. [Owner] Evangelos Marinakis is someone who supports his manager. We know they are interested in Jean-Philippe Mateta.
Evan Ferguson, the Brighton striker on loan at Roma, is someone who has come onto my radar in relation to Forest in recent days, so we’ll be keeping an eye on him.
Wolves
Wolves are trying to sign Angel Gomes from Marseille, the diminutive English midfielder, but one wonders whether other clubs higher up the table could step in for him in this January window.
Burnley
Burnley have just signed James Ward-Prowse, which I think would be a good addition for them.
It’s probably too late to save themselves from relegation, but at least they’re trying to support Scott Parker.
