Lamine Yamal reports that shirt number 10 in Barcelona will carry this season and follows Lionel Messi’s footsteps.
The move comes when the legendary jersey is cleared by its current owner Ansu Fati, who is about to move to Monaco shortly before completing a loan change.

Fati inherited the prestigious number of Messi after the departure of the Argentina Maestro in 2021, after he had come into the scene as a 16-year-old and had broken several torecoring and appearances.
Despite his initial promise, the 22-year-old has recently had difficulty tracking this, and has only done six Laliga appearances in the last term, while he spent the 2023/24 campaign in Brighton.
