Kyle Walker will reportedly have to wait until February to make his AC Milan debut.
The Pitch Prospect understands Milan and Manchester City have reached an agreement on a loan deal until the end of the season.

The deal includes a purchase option and no obligation.
Walker will be the fourth Englishman to join the Milan squad alongside Tammy Abraham, Fikayo Tomori and Ruben Loftus-Cheek.
However, according to the Daily Mail, the right-back will not make his first appearance for the club until next month.
According to Italian regulations, Walker needs a work permit to stay in the country for more than 90 days as he is not an EU citizen.
This comes after the United Kingdom’s withdrawal from the European Union in 2020, following a referendum on withdrawal in June 2016.
The Mail’s report states that Walker will remain in Milan until the weekend following his medical on Thursday.
However, he will then have to return to the UK as he lacks the necessary documents and permits due to his impending move.
Milan’s final games in January are in Serie A and the Champions League against Parma and Dinamo Zagreb respectively.
It is said that Walker could attend as a “spectator” before making his debut once the paperwork is completed.
This could be the case on February 2nd in the Derby della Madonnina against arch-rivals Inter Milan.

Walker was interested in the Saudi Pro League but rejected a reported £400,000-a-week offer to stay in Europe.
This comes after City boss Pep Guardiola revealed that the 34-year-old had informed the club that he wanted to leave the club to move abroad.
His move to Milan marks the end of his outstanding career at City, who he joined from Tottenham in a £50m deal in 2017.
Walker has made 319 appearances for the club and won 17 trophies, including six Premier League titles and the Champions League.
The defender moves as a City legend to a Milan team that has struggled in Serie A this season and is eighth in the table.
Head coach Paulo Fonseca was sacked in December and replaced by fellow Portuguese Sergio Conceicao, who then led the club to victory in the Supercoppa Italiana.
