Arne Slot has to be thrilled to have cleared the Merseyside derby in Liverpools on Wednesday, to claim her second Premier League title.
David Moyes’ Everton was again annoying opponents of the Reds, who survived a nerves in the first half and finally created the sole moment that was necessary to claim all three points.
The title is now only a few victories, but another potential banana skin is on the horizon. Fulham lost games in a row, but they have proven to be a stubborn opponent this season. They even claimed a 2-2 draw in the reverse device in December, although Liverpool played a large part of the competition with ten men.
The reds only have to have the league to think about the route, and so they were able to act on Sunday afternoon.
GK: Alisson – The Brazilian goalkeeper is judged before the game on Sunday after missing the derby due to a concussion. There may have been enough time to facilitate Alisson’s return.
RB: Conor Bradley – Slot confirmed that the right -back will be rated again after winning Wednesday, but it would not be a surprise to come back to the XI directly if he passed a late fitness test.
CB: Ibrahima konate – Konate fought a week, but it is unlikely that the slot Jarell Quansah will start in West London. Joe Gomez is injured.
CB: Virgil van Dijk – As his central defender, van Dijk had problems struggling against Beto last time, and the Dutchman will have the task of avoiding the Canny Raul Jimenez on Sunday.
LB: Kostas Tsimikas – There could be a rotation at the left -back, with Andy Robertson getting out of the team. Tsimikas was sparingly used by Slot this season.
Cm: Ryan Gravenberch – Gravenberch helped to the derby on Wednesday on Wednesday and tested once or twice from the distance of Jordan Pickford. He rarely broken off the XI this season and is a shoe for the game on Sunday.
Cm: Alexis Mac Aliister – The Argentine survived James Tarkowski’s cheeky challenge, which somehow not grants a red card for the entirety of the derby. Slot could use Curtis Jones in the pivot point, but Mac Allister was an essential part.
RM: Mohamed Salah – The winger pulled a spaces on Wednesday, but he doesn’t have much to fear because Erling Haaland will miss the next few weeks with an ankle injury.
Am: Dominik Szoboszlai – The tireless Hungarian was absolutely relentless this season and he received another 90 minutes under his belt a week. Liverpool has no alternative that can offer what Szoboszlai offers in the engine compartment.
LM: Cody Gakpo – It was a few weeks for Gakpo after his return of injuries, but the slot was able to rotate in Craven Cottage, with the Dutch replacing Luis Diaz.
ST: Diogo Jota – Slots trust in Jota was finally rewarded in the derby when he broke his long torsick. While Darwin Nunez is fit and available, Jota, who met on this floor last season, will certainly continue in the team.
