Liverpool set condition for £150m Alexander Isak transfer

Liverpool will only compete in the race for the Newcastle United striker Alexander Isak if the Swedish international is made available transferhas unveiled a report.

This season, Isak is only behind Erling Haaland and Mohamed Salah in the goals of the Premier League. After his arrival in 2022, his return of 19 appeared in just 76 appearances in only 76 appearances.

Since Newcastle is far from qualifying for the Champions League in the next season, there was considerable speculation that Isak could leave the club this summer in a blockbuster deal that could cost up to £ 150 million by 2028.

The Arsenal manager Mikel Areta is known as an enormous fan of 25-year-old Isak, while both have attributed Chelsea and Barcelona. Liverpool is also assumed to complete a deal, but The athlete‘S David Ornstein states that the red have already taken a permanent attitude towards a summer saga.

Liverpool will only take a step for Isak if it becomes “really available” and Newcastle is sincerely prepared to listen to offers, and insist that they will not be involved in a “wild geese hunt” to sign the striker.

It is crucial that Newcastle has no current wish to separate from Isak and instead extend his contract. The managing director Darren Eales recently warned the applicants that the magpies do not have to have any financial needs to hear offers for their valuable assets.

Apart from that, an offer of 150 million GBP is sufficient to arouse the interest of a club except Liverpool and other clients when Isak expresses the desire to leave St. James’ Park this summer.

Liverpool is expected to be subjected to the conversion of attack this summer. Darwin Nunez had left almost in January and was made available at the end of the season, while there are doubts about the future of Luis Diaz, Diogo Jota and maybe most in Mohamed Salah.

Salah’s contract runs and he could leave the club with a free transmission, although it was recently reported that his focus was still on the expansion of his stay in Anfield.
