Manchester City fights with Chelsea, for Jeremy Monga, the 15-year-old Leicester City view.
Monga is regularly for both the U18 and U21 pages of Leicester and was an unused replacement on the bank benches for the FA Cup defeat against Manchester United in early February, after regularly trained with Ruud van Nistelroys squad.

Leicester cannot block City’s approach, but Van Nistelrooy recently confirmed that he can personally involve the club’s plans for the foreseeable future.
“Jeremy is a great talent that is an integral part of the future of this club for me,” said van Nistelrooy. “We want to start talks to keep him in the club. It is important for me that this can work. We are planning.
“We look at his development where he is now. He is 15, he is still at school, only on Thursdays he is available for training with us. In this perspective we have to see what is best for him, and on the way to the first team and senior football.
“We present our thoughts and thoughts to him. I think very high of him and want him to be part of the long -term future of this club.
