Man Utd confirm 2025 pre-season tour plans

Manchester United returns to the USA for the third time in a row in 2025 and will take part in the summer series of the Premier League in July and August.

The program for the pre-season hopes to deliver a football for Premier League to the American audience by starting the sides of the division against each other in an informal competition.

United, who had previously confronted with Real Madrid and Barcelona in huge games in the previous season, will play in more normal games this time.

West Ham United (July 26), Bournemouth (July 30) and Everton (August 3) are the opposition in huge NFL stadiums in New Jersey, Chicago and Atlanta.

“The weeks before a new Premier League season are always an exciting time for United players and fans, and we are spreading this time in the USA, using first -class training facilities and stadiums and fans,” said technical director Jason Wilcox.

“Playing other teams from the Premier League offers players the opportunity to achieve a valuable playing time against top opposition, and thus see our passionate fans live in three of the most famous stages in North America.”

The 2025/26 Premier League season is scheduled to begin from August 16.

The race for large European leagues to deal with the enormous North American market continues, with the series recently confirming its wish to organize a competitive league in the United States. La Liga had hoped to play December between Barcelona and Atletico Madrid in Miami until the plans were presented with just a few weeks.
