Man Utd face Premier League competition in Xavi Simons pursuit

Manchester United must give the interest of a series of rivals from the Premier League to pursue RB Leipzig midfielder Xavi Simons, according to a report.

Last month it was found that United Simons had added to her list of summer destinations when they prepare to rebuild their attack line, with Kenan Yildiz von Juventus having another option with great money for the Red Devils.

The race for the signing of Simons has a great turn as Fabrizio Romano It has now revealed that United is not alone when the 21-year-old is admired.

In fact, it is claimed that Arsenal, Chelsea and Liverpool continue to pursue Simons after examining the movements last summer before extending his loan with Leipzig – a step that ultimately became permanent in January.

The extent of the new interest in Simon could be his relatively affordable price. The report says that it could be available for between € 75 million (€ 58.4 million GBP-62.6 million £).

While there is clearly an important sum, this number is far below the ratings that are usually handed over to the proven young stars such as Simons, who shone with PSV Eindhoven in the Eredivisie and now have 18 goals and 19 templates in 69 games for Leipzig.

Simons, a natural means of attack that feels comfortable on the left and is often used on the right, offers the versatility that is incredibly important for managers who want to fill a number of holes in their squad.

Simons may not be the only Leipzig star to go to the Premier League because striker Benjamin Sesko is a goal for most of the elite of England and is interested in taking the step this summer.
