Man Utd star opens up on ‘massive pressure’ riding on Real Sociedad clash

Christian Eriksen has admitted that there is an enormous “pressure” on Thursday evening in front of the Europa League conflict against Manchester United with a real Sociedad in Old Trafford.

From the Carabao Cup and the FA Cup, which has won this season this season in the latter victory this season, the low position of United in the league league is probably not a qualification for a continental competition, since the consistency is fighting and only ten remaining games.

But the club is still active in the Europa League this season and has a very low advantage after 1: 1 draw in the last 16 first leg last week. If you go all the way and raise the trophy in May, the qualification for the Champions League of the next season would lead as a reward.

Talk about The guardianEriksen called it a “massive” game as a real Sociedad visit.

“We know the pressure, we know the situation in the league. In order to come in Europe next season, we have to win many games in the league or go through the Europa League so that we know that this game gives a lot of pressure.

“But it also happens to be in this club. They play for trophies, so we have to play well to go through. [Europe] Is where [United] belong, but we also don’t belong in the lower half of the Premier League. We will try to do our best to get up the league. We are not in a position in which we want to be.

“We want to be higher. We are at United, so we have to be higher. But in the end the ball still rolls on the field, so we have to concentrate on football and hopefully look at the table at the end of the season when we land higher.”

United previously experienced the benefits of winning the Europa League. Jose Mourinho’s team became sixth in the 2016/17 Premier League season, seven points of the TOP 4, but increased Europe’s Secondary Club Trophy to secure the Champions League qualification instead.
