Manchester United are interested in Bournemouth’s young left-back Milos Kerkez.
United have identified the 20-year-old as a possible option for competition and replacement for Luke Shaw.

Shaw has only made twelve appearances for the Red Devils in the current Premier League season, having been out of action since February due to a muscle injury.
It is expected that Bournemouth will demand a high transfer fee for Kerkez.
The Hungarian international came through AC Milan’s youth program before joining the Cherries from AZ Alkmaar in 2023 for an undisclosed transfer fee.
He has made 33 appearances in all competitions this season, helping Bournemouth finish 12th in the Premier League.
The left-back also played a key role at AZ, helping the Dutch club to fourth place in the league in his first full season there.
He was part of the AZ team that reached the semi-finals of the Europa Conference League in 2023, where they lost to eventual title winners West Ham.
The young defender was also named in Hungary’s squad for Euro 2024 by Marco Rossi, with the country facing Switzerland, Germany and Scotland in their group matches in June.
Kerkez was called up to the national team for the first time at the age of 17 and has since made 14 international appearances.

Despite only spending one season in the Premier League, the defender has already made an impression and caught the attention of Man United.
Speaking to BBC Radio Solent in April 2024, Kerkoz said he was not worried about possible interest from other clubs.
“Transfer news doesn’t concern me, that’s the people who look after me,” he said. “I’m just focused on Bournemouth and my performances here.”
“I know I’m young. I know what I can do and what level I can reach. So I just have to wait and see what happens in the future.”
