A shining assessment by Lamin Yamal is the clearest statement of how bad Marcus Rashford wants to join Barcelona.
Manchester United’s outcast is available for £ 40 million, although talk sport understands that the club may increase the desired fee again.
The Rashford consultants have had talks with Barca Sporting Director Deco and a loan package could fit the Spanish giants.
If this happened, it would mean that Rashford can play next to Yamal, which the 27-year-old would be very excited.
In a video with the Spanish YouTube channel XBuyer, Rashford was asked about the view that one day the teenage superstar was referred to as teammates.
“Yes, sure,” said Rashford.
“Everyone in the world wants to play with the best. Hopefully we’ll see.”
After he had seen Yamal’s climb from afar to fame, it certainly shaped Rashford when he tried to verbal the Barcelona -Ago at the age of 17.
“He plays at the highest level, I don’t think we saw it,” said Rashford.
“His mentality is an ability. He is not normal what he is doing and will improve further.”
Should Rashford move to Barcelona, he didn’t have to fight for a starting place with Yamal because the 17-year-old works on the right flank.
Instead, Rashford would probably fight it against the left wing with Raphinha.

Usurping Raphhinha would not be an easy task, especially since the Brazilians were impressive 34 goals and 25 templates in 57 appearances in all competitions for Barcelona in the entire 2024/25 campaign.
Rashford may not only have to fight Raphinha, since several branches claimed that Barcelona had agreed with the sporty winger Nico Williams, who is also a left wing player and a short buddy of Yamal.
With Barcelona’s left wing options that are too stacked, it could leave Rashford’s dream movement in ruins.
Rashford, however, revealed that he warmed up the idea of playing as a striker and not as his preferred role of the left wing in order to highlight his versatility.
“For me when I am older, the number becomes nine more comfortable and more natural,” said Rashford.
“Things like the back to goals get easier for me, you are always before the finish and always dangerous.”

Rashford promoted a potential change to Barcelona and then admitted his love for Spain.
He noticed: “Spain is nice, it is not too far from home.
“When I train over a long period of time, my family can come for a few days, it’s a nice location and good weather.”
Rashford hopes that the form he borrowed in the Aston Villa will convince the applicants that he is worth the investment.
The 27-year-old kicked the Villaner with a six-month loan in January and was used for the first time by Manager Unai Emery as a left-wing man.
But Emery soon brought Rashford into the role of the striker when Ollie Watkins was handed over to the bench.

Unfortunately, Rashfords 24/25 campaign was brought to an early end after he had gained a thigh injury at the end of April.
In his 17 excursions for the dunkers in all competitions, he scored four goals and six templates.
Before he came to Villa, Rashford had not presented in any of United’s last 12 games.
