Manchester United scored 2-2 on Saturday from two goals in Goodison Park, whereby the Everton’s penalty from referee Andy Madley was controversial.
The Toffees stormed into two goals in Goodison Park, with Beto and Abdoulaye Doucore being used by catastrophic united defense to overthrow even more pressure on Ruben Amorim and his players.
Former United Manager David Moyes and his Everton team seemed to stroll to a win, but exceptional fast strikes by Bruno Fernandes and Manuel Ugarte replaced the stooping of the visitors in Goodison.
Everton believed that they deserved the chance to win in the stop time after receiving a penalty for an ex-man Ashley Young, but Var advises Andy Madley to visit the monitor, and the referee returned his decision.
How the game unfolds
After Everton skipped United in the table last weekend, he quickly started to rejuvenate her opponents of misfiring. Their intensity in the early stages also paid off dividends, with the in-shape between the Toffees in the 19th minute after a dark defender from a corner and a long VAR check.
Beto tortured the rebel from United and the high -towering center forward was significantly due to the fact that Everton doubled its advantage shortly after half an hour. Harry Maguire caught the darting of the 27-year-old and he chose Jack Harrison, whose first shot was saved by Andre Onana. Fortunately for the hosts, Doucore was on site to bring the rebound home.
An impressive exhibition by the winter recruit Patrick Dorgu was the only highlight of a nightmarish first half for United in Goodison. They were all defensive at sea, sloppy owned and characteristic, in the last third and only recorded two shots and an expected gate of 0.04.
The visitors were unable to make any remarkable improvements after the restart, and Amorim finally turned to his worn bank for solutions. Alejandro Garnacho was charged in the hour, but his introduction became almost superfluous when Doucours for the Toffees came close to a third. Onana has a firm effort with a strong palm in order to keep a glimmer of hope alive for United.
This mica became clearer in the 72nd minute when United achieved his first shot at the goal of the competition. A free kick on the edge of the penalty area was beautifully carried out by Fernandes, which was false to Jordan Pickford with a precise strike into the outermost corner.
United looked a changed team after the super strike of her skipper and quickly found an equally impressive level. Ugarte’s poisonous volleye found its way beyond the helpless pickford and used Merseyside a Grand standard finish.
An end-to-end final followed and controversy came into the dying embers. Everton was first given a spot kick after an obvious foul by Young from at least one by Matthijs de Ligt or Harry Maguire, but the decision was controversial when United breathed an enormous sigh of relief.
Everton remained bubbling after the final whistle, but the result means that they stay in the table before the 15th place and continue to deal with the descent zone.

The focus is on the debate about Var almost every week in the Premier League and there will be further discussions about the technology after the controversy on Saturday at Goodison.
Although Young seems to be in the dying second of at least one of de Ligt or Maguire to whom we all know what comes next, and the official changes after a long view of the screen.
Although there were no contact masses between Young and the United defenders – the former fell dramatically – there was probably not enough evidence to overthrow the call on the field. The supporters in the country, especially those of an Everton conviction, are undoubtedly up and down.
The changeover from United to a 3-4-2-1 system under Amorim caused considerable problems during her rush, with remarkable abysses opened in defense, since the Red Devils do not adapt to the ideals of the Portuguese manager.
Once again, United was far too porous in her own third party against an admittedly feasible and confident Everton team. Her three backs were simply unable to deal with the mighty beto that had bullied the trio with its physicality and sportiness.
The inability of United to defend set pieces was well documented this season and is disassembled again because they have a corner several times when Everton took the lead. Similarly, passive and unauthorized defense proved to be expensive because the Toffees doubled their advantage. Maguire reacted too slowly to prevent the rising run and Doucore’s header.
While the Red Devils improved after restarting – showed character to overthrow a two -goal deficit – they still had their defensive defects crawled in the final phase, as they were based on individual skills to find a result.
Amorim can only dream of owning a center forward who can offer United, which Beto did for Everton. Instead, he stuck with two wooden fellers – Rasmus Hojlund and Joshua Zirkzee -, both of whom were rarely involved and were largely ineffective when the ball was received.
The duo has received a legitimate criticism of lethargic achievements in the past few weeks, with Hojlund particularly guilty of disappearing when United needs it the most. The Denmark International only achieved 12 touches and lost eight of his duels.
Amad Diallo’s end of the season has left United Light in the last third and you cannot rely on Fernandes and Ugarte Thunderbolts every week. More systematic improvements must be made if you are to climb the overall ranking.
