Newcastle was interested in Wolemade at the beginning of this summer and retired to the 23-year-old after he was not agreed to reconcile offers for Yoane Wissa and Jorgen Strand Larsen.
Both Brentford and Wolves have rejected several offers from the Toon Army for Wissa and Strand Larsen.
Woltemade scored 12 goals for Stuttgart last season in 28 Bundesliga appearances.
He followed his impressive campaign with six goals and three templates for Germany at the U21 euro.
Bavaria’s earlier interest in Wolemade
Bayern Munich previously opened a move for Wolemade in June, but cooled down their interest after they had been cited £ 86 million by Stutgart, even after they had agreed with the 6 -Foot 6 -CHO -TOLL.

How could Woltemade fit in Newcastle?
Should Newcastle complete the deal, Wolemade could be joined directly into the starting line-up given the continued absence of Isak and Anthony Gordon’s threat of three-game suspension.
Isak’s future remains under a cloud of uncertainty because he has declared his wish to continue.
The defense of the Premier League master Liverpool is the only club that submitted an official offer for Isak this summer, even though it was quickly rejected by the Magpies.
Also, ISAK has not presented any of the Newcastle Matchday squads for her first Games of the Premier League season.
Gordon, who set up as a left -wing player during the last term, while Isak started at the top, has filled out as a striker in the absence of the Sweden.
Although his brilliant pace caused Aston Villa Chaos on the opening day, Gordon’s enthusiasm took him off last Monday in the 3-2 defeat against Liverpool.
Gordon decided to lead the press by sprinting through Liverpools Backline, but brought in a red card for a bad challenge for Reds Skipper Virgil van Dijk.
Submission means that Gordon will only return to domestic actions for the Magpies against Bradford City in the week from September 22nd.
