TalkSPORT understands Newcastle would be willing to sell Nick Woltemade at the right price.
Woltemade is reportedly unhappy with the Magpies despite only signing for the club six months ago.

The German striker arrived in the Premier League as a replacement for Alexander Isak, who moved to Liverpool.
It cost a whopping £69million to bring him to St James’ Park from Bundesliga side Stuttgart in August.
That remains a club record for Newcastle, but now it looks like Woltemade could be on the way out.
Since signing for Eddie Howe’s side, he has scored seven goals in 23 Premier League appearances.
And they all came before the new year, as the 24-year-old went seven league games without scoring in 2026.
However, last weekend he scored in the FA Cup to help Newcastle win a controversial clash against Aston Villa.
After starting the season as a regular, the return of Yoane Wissa and his lack of form led to fewer minutes of action.
Woltemade scored in all of his first three Premier League home games for the Magpies, putting him on par with the club’s legends.
He also scored five goals in his first six appearances for the club, but things seemed to be going wrong in recent weeks.
The striker has not started any of his last four Premier League appearances for Howe’s men.

Return to Germany?
Woltemade could also reportedly be heading for a return to his home country.
Bayern Munich competed with Newcastle for his signing last summer and ended up narrowly missing out on the top player.
Despite talks, their deal was hijacked by the Magpies and he opted for a move to the Premier League.
And Bayern boss Uli Hoeneß was annoyed that he had missed his target because his inflated price had turned out to be too high.
So could the German giants take a different approach?
Newcastle would be willing to sell if the price was right, but that price could end up being too much for Hoeneß again.

New position at Newcastle
Woltemade has clearly had a lot of trouble scoring goals this year, but a subtle change could help him.
He was used in a deeper role by Howe against Aston Villa last weekend and scored a goal in the FA Cup game – and that could perhaps be the answer to his luck at the club.
Howe told Woltemade after the game: “His attitude to what we’ve asked of him over the last few weeks, where we’ve been training him in a different position, has been outstanding.”
“He’s done a lot of work, he’s done it really well and today (Saturday at Aston Villa) he benefited from it.
“I thought he was very, very good both in and out of the ball and scored a great goal at the end.
“I’m happy for him and I hope this makes him feel really good and knows what his future can look like here.”
