Arsenal was won this summer with the new director of football Andrea Berta at the top.
But the fans were warned that the association may have to be “creative” to find the money for what Mikel Areteta has been expecting for years – including the sale of players who may not want to see.

Gooner could be about to get the large expenditure transfer window you have dreamed of for years after the appointment of Berta.
Arsenal announced the arrival of the Italian Supremo on Sunday, four months after the departure of the ex-sports director and the player Edu.
Berta has a track record that was the mastermind behind Atletico Madrid for 12 years before he resigned from his role in January.
During his magic in Madrid, he was behind some of the top deals in European football and was quickly received after arriving in Arsenal – signing a striker.
European football expert Guillem Balague believes that not the entire North London club in the transfer window will not have the sleeves because it sees how the cannonies want to strengthen in three key areas.
And he has given the goals he understands that they will pursue.
“Arsenal has to think of five replacements for the players who either leave or complete contracts, and they have to get three or four players who go straight to the line-up,” said Balague on Saturday before Arsenal’s Premier League in Everton on TNT Sports.
“I would say, a left wing player, a midfield, a midfielder.
“We heard the names, Martin Zubimendi, Viktor Gyokoker, certainly Benjamin Sesko or Nico Williams – these are the names they will get.”
Talksport understands that Gyokoker is a change to the Emirates this summer and that Arsenal will open talks with Sporting Lisbon.

Sesko has also clarified that he would prefer a move to Arsenal about her Premier League competitors this summer. Both strikers who are viewed by the Gunners are more accessible options than Alexander Isak, which is evaluated by Newcastle with 150 million GBP.
Spain star Williams is also high on the wish list of the North London Club, while Talksport reported in January that a contract with Zubimendi was already in the works.
However, this is not all because the Areta team was able to see a major operation this summer after a third failed title offer in the Premier League.
Three players will leave at the end of their contracts in Jorginho, Thomas Partey and Kieran Terney.
More could follow them with questions about the future of Gabriel Jesus, Oleksandr Zinchenko, Takehiro Tomiyasu and Jakub Kiwior, while there was doubts about Gabriel Martinelli’s form throughout the season.
Balague admits that the Gunners do not have the money in the bank to make several major obligations without generating funds through sales.

And decent commandments for Martinelli and even Mr. Reliable Leandro Trossard may see you walk if it means that it means signed high -quality replacement.
“Berta has to be creative,” said Balague.
“Arsenal is not the intention of spending £ 200 million or £ 300 million here. They just want to be creative with what they have and what they need.
“You don’t have a large amount of money you can use. So you also have to sell.
“Areta said he was the largest transfer window in a while, and Berta next to him will definitely help with him in a partnership.”
But fans were said that they should trust in Berta, which offered a success story of clever, signals obligations and to create “profit culture”.
On the new Gunners boss, Balague said: “He was described by one of the decision -makers, he experienced, he is a hard worker and he has … I can’t use the word … he is very brave, let’s say it. Very brave.”
He has great cajones, is what he means.
Balague added: “He initially worked in a bank and was then responsible for a team for a team as director of football, an amateur team, and took her professionalism, two divisions, three divisions.
“From then on he went to Parma, Genoa and there he met Peter Kenyon, who recommended him Atletico Madrid.
“You have to say that he was the architect of Atletico Madrid, who won the league twice and won twice to the Champions League final, which Europa League won. He works with Simeone in a very discreet way.
“He does not give interviews, there are no press conferences. We do not know personally about him, but he is certainly a top negotiator and is considered one of the best in business.

“There are a number of very good stories. Antoine Griezmann, for example, returns twice, Jan Oblak is a really good player for Atletico Madrid. He was the one who also brought Thibaut Courtois to Atletico Madrid.
“Perhaps the worst of Joao Felix. Felix is someone who didn’t want Simeone, but both the club and the Berta thought it was a good thing to invest a lot in him. It didn’t work.
“Arsenal chose Berta because he wants to create a winning culture in addition to Mikel Arteta.
“This is a guy who did very well in the context of Real Madrid and Barcelona – they have more money, and yet to get to this additional part, he did not seem to get to the arsenal.”
