Player ratings as Nunez & Salah star in comeback victory

Liverpool moved 16 points from the title rival Arsenal when they came from behind to beat the last place in Southampton 3-1 in the Premier League.

The red was expected to sweep the fighting saints aside in Anfield, but made life difficult for themselves when they entered the break. An almighty confusion between Virgil van Dijk and heroes of the week Alisson, Alisson Gifted, will be an open goal in the penalty area, with the midfielder, with the invitation to give Southampton a shock.

But the red turned the encounter upside down within ten minutes after the restart. Darwin Nunez, who could have been sent to the Kyle Walker Peter in the first half in the first half, put Liverpool in the lead and ended Luis Diaz’s excellent cross before winning a penalty for Mohamed Salah.

Salah achieved another spot kick in the dying embers when Liverpool expanded its advantage to secure an extremely important victory to get to the Premier League master.
