Fulham chose a formal approach to sign Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall from Chelsea, Talksport understands.
The change of the huts for the midfielder follows an examination by West Ham earlier in the summer transfer window.

Chelsea Value Dewsbury-Hall as a squad player, but he is not a name that you want to actively sell.
However, an exit is possible at the right price, and there should be more than the £ 30 million the blues paid to Leicester.
The 26-year-old arrived at Stamford Bridge last year after leaving Enzo Maresca through the door when he left the fox.
But he had only 13 Premier League appearances last season, and was left as an unused replacement in another 13 games.
Dewsbury-Hall only started two games in the leader last season.
In Europe, however, he had a lot more influence and performed in every game of her conference league campaign.
So far, four of his five goals in Chelsea have been in this competition together with three of his four templates for the club.
But Dewsbury-Hall will likely wish for the first team after he had tried to penetrate Marescas Setup.
He had to compete in the regular line -up with Moises Caicedo, Enzo Fernandez and Romeo Lavia.
Chelsea also welcomed Dario Esgo and Kendry Paez’s summer attacks, while Andrey Santos has returned from the loan, which contributes to the midfield competition.

Fulham offered Dewsbury-Hall a possible removal of Chelsea for even more playing time with an approach.
Marco Silva wants to improve his midfield ranks, including Sander Berge, Sasa Lukic, Harrison Reed and Andreas Pereira.
The Club captain Tom Cairney, who was connected to Wrexham, has also signed a new contract in Craven Cottage.
So far, the cottas have only signed this summer, with the experienced goalkeeper Benjamin Lecomte joined.
But a step for Dewsbury-Hall could increase your activity in the window.
However, Chelsea wants more than £ 30 million for him, which Fulham’s club record signing would do if the deal was done.
Chelsea’s failed exchange contract
The blues have already shown that they let Dewsbury-Hall go this summer after using it in an exchanging offer.
Maresca looked at Mohammed Kudus before joining Tottenham and he tried to shout him away from West Ham in June.
He offered the hammers in a player plus cash deal to the hammers like Dewsbury-Hall and Robert Sanchez.
West Ham had already expressed interest in January.
But this offer was rejected, with Kudus then connected Spurs.
It has shown that Chelsea would consider to let go of Dewsbury-Hall, but Fulham must now match its price.
