Premier League confirm Player & Manager of the Month winners for April

The midfielder of Liverpool, Alexis Mac Allister, was appointed player of the Premier League in April 2025. Wolverhampton Wanderers boss Voreira took home the manager of the month.

Mac Allister achieved a wonderful long-distance gate in a disappointing 3-2 defeat against Fulham and ended an excellent month by achieving the value in the 5-1 win against Tottenham Hotspur, who ultimately confirmed Liverpool as a Premier League champion.

He is only the fourth Argentine who has ever won the monthly price of the Premier League, and after Juan Sebastian Veron, Carlos Tevez and Sergio Aguero.

Liverpool now had two different award winners this season. Mac Allister follows Talisman Mohamed Salah, who picked up the award both in November 2024 and in February 2025.

There may be five nominated prize for April Manager, including the title winner Arne Slot, but Pereira was the clear favorite after led wolves for a perfect month. In five wins from five years, the Molineux outfit confirmed after a season of the fighter in the Premier League of the next season.

“It was a very, very good month for us,” Pereira told Club Media. “We were consistent, we were competitive, but this is the work of many people in the shade. We do not achieve anything alone, without the staff, without the supporters without these people in the kitchen, in the gym and everywhere. The reward is for everyone.

“Ipswich was perhaps the game that was at the right time. The points at this time were not like today. Today we can play with more self -confidence and more freedom, but it is about the players, they earn everything because they are on the field.

“We have a fantastic chemistry between everyone, the club, the players, the supporters in the city and I feel part of this family.”
