According to The Pitch Prospect, Odsonne Edouard and Maxwel Cornet’s loan deals could be canceled before the January transfer window opens.
Leicester City signed striker Edouard on a season-long loan from Premier League rivals Crystal Palace in August.

The Frenchman has only made six appearances, playing 113 minutes in all competitions for the Foxes.
Edouard didn’t start any of their league games and his last appearance came as a substitute in a 3-0 defeat at Manchester United.
Leicester could well decide to end the contract early to free up a loan spot when the market reopens in January.
Southampton could repeat this with winger Cornet, who joined on a season-long loan from West Ham in the summer.
The Ivorian made just four appearances for the Saints and last appeared in the Premier League at the end of September.
Most of Cornet’s appearances for Southampton came in the Carabao Cup, in wins against Everton and Stoke City.
Premier League rules dictate that clubs cannot register more than two loan players at a time.
Leicester have filled both places with Edouard and Facundo Buonanotte, who signed from Brighton before the start of the season.
Southampton are also currently fulfilling the quota for Chelsea loan player Lesley Ugochukwu in mid-August.
In addition, a maximum of four loan contracts can be concluded in the same season.

Clubs are also prohibited from having more than one loanee from the same team at the same time.
The upcoming transfer window opens for Premier League clubs on January 1st and closes on February 3rd at 11:00 p.m.
It offers teams one final opportunity to strengthen their rosters before the second half of the season.
