Furo came on as a second-half substitute against Arsenal on his Champions League debut.

Brentford have agreed a deal worth around £8 million plus add-ons for the 18-year-old, who only made his senior debut in August.

The 1.80 meter tall prodigy, who signed for Club Brugge as a 15-year-old in 2022, has signed a five-year contract with the club.

Brentford boss Keith Andrews said: “Kaye is someone we have been following for some time and we are really keen to bring him to the club.”

“I like his characteristics and feel we can develop them further in the environment we have created.”

“I have no doubt he will be a great player for us.”

Who is Kaye Furo?

Furo made his senior debut for Club Brugge when he came on as a late substitute in the 6-0 win over Rangers, securing Champions League qualification.

The Belgium U21 international has since made a single appearance in the competition proper, in a 3-0 defeat to Arsenal.

That came just days after he scored his first goal in December, one of just five games he played in the Jupiter Pro League (zero starts).
