Manuel Ugarte and Carlos Soler are apparently close to a move to the Premier League after being left out of the Paris Saint-Germain squad.
The duo will not feature in Friday night’s home game against Montpellier as Les Parisiens seek their second consecutive win in Ligue 1 this season.

The Pitch Prospect reported last month that Manchester United were considering a transfer for Uruguayan midfielder Ugarte to provide competition to Casemiro and Kobbie Mainoo.
An offer from the Red Devils for the 23-year-old was rejected by PSG in July.
Talks are now said to be well advanced on a deal that could be worth up to £51 million.
Luis Enrique’s side were determined to recoup the £51 million they paid for him from Sporting Lisbon last summer.
It is the second French top-flight match in a row in which the midfielder has been left out of PSG’s squad ahead of a planned move to Old Trafford.
If United were to sell Ugarte at the Parc des Princes, their summer spending would exceed £200 million.
They have already spent around £150 million on new signings Leny Yoro, Matthijs de Ligt, Joshua Zirkzee and Noussair Mazraoui.
As for Ugarte’s teammate Soler, the Spaniard seems ready to move to West Ham, where he would be the tenth new signing in this transfer window.
The Hammers and PSG are believed to be close to agreeing a transfer fee of £20 million for the 27-year-old’s services.

Soler has spent the last two seasons with the French giants, winning consecutive Ligue 1 titles.
However, Enrique considered him surplus to requirements and instead preferred Vitinha, Warren Zaire-Emery and Fabian Ruiz.
The former Valencia player only scored five goals in 50 games in the French top league.
However, the new West Ham head coach Julen Lopetegui admires him enormously and wants to bring his compatriot to East London.
It has been a hectic summer at the London Stadium, with West Ham spending almost £150 million on nine new signings.
High-value transfers include Max Kilman, Niclas Fullkrug, Crysencio Summerville, Aaron Wan-Bissaka and Luis Guilherme.
West Ham also signed central defender Jean-Clair Todibo, initially on loan.
They also snapped up Guido Rodriguez, Wes Foderingham and Mohamadou Kante on free transfers.
