As with the home kits in Portugal, the new design is the legendary red base and is inspired by the quinas – the symbol on both the Portuguese coat of arms and on the emblem of the national team.

The away kit is now predominantly mint green, accentuated with subtle red details and black sections around collar and sleeves. According to Puma, the design “reflects the intersection of art, technology and football in modern Portugal.”

Switzerland’s all-red home kit is inspired by traditional Swiss textile monograms, which leads to a simple but elegant design, which ensures that the hosts look the part on domestic soil.

The away kit pays homage to the Jungfraujoch train station in the Alps – known to be the highest in Europe. It has a crispy white base with a striking mountain graphic that captures the spirit of Switzerland’s legendary landscapes.

Iceland’s new home kit with a classic blue base with white and red details should be inspired by the flowing movement of the country’s glaciers.

The away kit – probably the outstanding puma -new collection – is mostly white, decorated with a curved blue motif above the front, which resembles the northern lights, the iconic natural phenomenon that dances over Iceland’s sky.

It is a real thing of beauty – just like the lights themselves.
