Real Madrid’s third kit leaks, channels Cristiano Ronaldo’s glory days

Real Madrid’s third kit for the coming season 2025/26 has leaked – and it is a striking recall of the Cristiano Ronaldo era in Santiago Bernabéu.

The kit is mostly deep blue and supplemented by crispy white details, including the classic Adidas -Trefoil logo, the “Emirates” sponsor and the legendary three stripes of the brand on each shoulder.

According to reliable kit outlet Footy headlinesThe design is inspired directly by the new seating in Bernabéu – part of an important renovation project that was completed at the end of 2024. The bold blue tone reflects the modern aesthetics of the renovated stadium and nodded Madrid’s rich football past.

The KIT also has a famous sentence that is etched into the Jock Day and in the inner collar: “90 Minuti en el bernabéu son Molto Longo” – a quote that is translated “90 minutes in the Bernabéu are very long.”

The sentence was shaped by the clublegend Juanito after a 2-0 defeat against Inter-Leg against Inter in the European Cup in 1986. When the Madrid squad left the field, Juanito warned one of Inters players, which is expected in the second leg in Chamartín. His words went under in Folklore after Madrid had lifted the deficit at home in a dramatic manner.

Interestingly, the last time in the 2017/18 season was a similar blue tone – Cristiano Ronaldo’s last campaign with the club before moving to Juventus. However, this new design from 2025/26 is more like the Strip 2013/14, which was also a rich blue with white accents, including the shoulder strips.

This season 2013/14 was unforgettable for Ronaldo and the club. The Portuguese striker scored 51 goals in all competitions and helped Los Blancos to achieve both the Copa del Rey and the UEFA Champions League title. He completed the campaign by winning the balloon d’Or in his career for the third time.

While this new third kit ensures that Real Madrid will look the role next season, the hope of the fans is that the team can regain the dominance of this Ronaldo year of the Peak Ronaldo – especially after a disappointing 2024/25 campaign, which ended without silverware.
