Retro 2025 MLS third kits leak ahead of release

After the success of the Retro Third Kits of the last year for five MLS teams, Adidas brings the concept back for 2025 – this time on a much larger scale.

Up to 13 clubs are expected to receive third kits this season, with designs that can be inspired by previous club epochs, vintage aesthetics and regional identity.

While only the version of Inter Miami was officially published, some others have already leaked through – and they are full of bold recalls.

Here is what has appeared so far:

The third kit of Minnesota United, which is leaked through Footy headlines, has a bright, shimmering blue base that is layered with white and orange accents and a complicated diamond pattern. “LOONS” replaces the sponsor logo in a stylish custom font on the front.

The folk singer Noah Kahan perhaps leaked Columbus Crews 2025 kit early after wearing it on stage during a spring concert. The jersey recognizes the club’s early MLS days and brings strong block strips and the original three-man coat of arms.

FC Dallas’ third kit seemed to be licked when the former player and USMNT was worn in the crowd during a visit at home. The design revives the club’s Dallas Burn Identity with orange and black tires as well as the retro name that was sprayed over the front.

New England’s third kit appeared in Lecks and showed an independent 90s mood. The design has a diagonal sash and a strip of breast, whereby “Revolution” is courageously printed on the front – noticeably without a club badge and the vintage feeling.

With the help of the NFL Hall of Famer Jerry Rice, the earthquakes in San Jose revealed her 2025 kit with the help of the NFL Hall of Famer. The jersey pays homage to the original identity of the 1996 club as San Jose Clash and revives the same chaotic pattern and the same retro palette.

The third kit from Nashville SC 2025 also appeared with Footy headlines. Although at first glance, only the club name on the front – the outstanding detail lies in the sleeves that are covered with a subtle, dotted jeans texture and refer to Tenessee’s legendary heritage.

Seattle Sounders’ leaked third kit is a tribute to its pre -MLS look from 1994. The purple base is combined with blue -green and light blue accents, together with a Wordmark that replaces the sponsor logo, and a root -Orca -Crest root -Crest, which was recently seen in the early 2000s.
