The head coach of Manchester United, Ruben Amorim, did not recognize for the first time that his team is an arsenal in the Premier League in the Premier League on Sunday.
After the campaign on Saturday, the Red Devils took 15th place in the Premier League classification after winning only three of their last 11 games in the competition. The results were not only bad, but Amorim was under pressure, since its split 3-4-3 formation did not provide any improvements in the services.
The defeat against Arsenal on Sunday would mark the first time in the history of the Premier League that United has lost five consecutive games to the same opponent, and Amorim knows that United are the outsiders that go into the game.
“It’s bad about the results,” said Amorim Premier League Productions. “Even the performances do not improve much to be honest.”
Nevertheless, Amorim remained optimistic and insisted that United’s fights simply help him paint a vision for the success in the future of the club.
“The good thing is that we learn a lot,” he continued. “We change a lot of things, but you can’t see it. Here in Carrington how we want to do things. I understand the players and do the future of the squad in my head.
“And that can be really important next year, but there is also a risk if you plan and do and think in the future, you have to be careful. And the present is really difficult at the moment because the results and the performances are not available.”
Arsenal still has to build on the success of her 2020 FA Cup triumph under Mikel Areteta, but may represent hope for United and the journey that you have in front of you under Amorim.
Areta took over Arsenal in December 2019, the club under the poor form under the predecessor Unai Emery, but was unable to lead the club more than two eighth placements over the past 18 months in its first 18 months.
A fifth place in 2021/22 followed from the second two-play times arsenal, the favorites for Dethrone Manchester City for significant time dreams and they will probably be second behind Liverpool this year.
