Tottenham Hotspur has agreed to sign Japan national player Kota Takai from Kawasaki Frontale, Talksport understands.
Spurs pay a fee of £ 5 million to seal a record transmission for a Japanese player from the J1 league.

Takai has been with Frontale since his youth in 2011 and became part of the senior side 11 years later.
