Bissouma does not have a single appearance for Spurs this season, which is now under Thomas Frank.
He missed her Super Cup final defeat against Paris Saint-Germain, since the discipline was poorly several times late.
“This time there was only one too many,” said Frank in his press conference.
“With everything you need to give your players a lot of love, and there must be requirements and consequences.”
During the term of office of the former boss, the 28-year-old was a regular for Spurs when he made 72 appearances in all competitions.
When Postecoglou was released in June, Bissoumera revealed a text exchange to show the bond that they had together in two seasons.
Postecoglou and Bissouma’s relationship
“Hello bite. Sorry, I missed your call,” said Postecoglou. “I am very proud of you. It was an honor to share a dressing room with you and appreciate how much you believed in what we wanted to achieve.
“I only wish you the best for the future. I will always follow. A lot of love from my family to yours.”
Bissoum then gave the Australian a heart -warming reaction.
“Thank you Gaffer and thank you very much for everything you did for me on and off the field. I will always be grateful,” he said.

Bissoum will join a Galatasaray team, which is super league with three wins from their three games on the Turkish.
His former trace teammate Davinson Sanchez plays for the club, as well as the ex-premier League midfielder Lucas Torreira and Mario Lemina.
Spurs have many midfield options, and Joao Palhinha is borrowed from Bayern Munich.
Palhinha joined Archie Gray, Lucas Bergvall, Pape Matar Sarr and Rodrigo Bentancur as options for Frank.
However, Dejan Kulusevski is still out and James Maddison will miss the season with an ACL injury.
