The men of Will have finally agreed to separate themselves from their graduate of the academy, but it is assumed that they insert a 20 percent sales clause into the deal to send it to Merseyside.
Personal conditions were fundamentally agreed, with the plans for swinging next week before moving to the Hill Dickinson Stadium.
The wing player achieved twice in 33 Premier League appearances last season and has been associated with a return to the top class for months.
Tottenham Hotspur and Newcastle were one of the clubs who followed the Dibling, and in January Talk sport reported that he was on their radar.

At his press conference before the game on Friday, Toffee’s boss David Moyes claimed that his team had difficulty making obligations.

Moyes: ‘Everton had problems spending money.’
“We really chose some top players, but unfortunately we couldn’t get them, so we may come to the ladder to find players because we generally have no numbers. We have to adapt,” continued Moyes.
When asked what Everton prevented it from securing some of her goals, Moyes added: “Absolutely Europe.
“If you have European football, put on another player, you are more attractive.
“We have to build a lot of trust with players and maybe agents to show that we are an association that moves in the right direction.
“I think our possessions came in and helped us and they will give us the opportunity to spend more money, but I think the better players want European football, most of them or many of them.”
