Umbro teams up with Danish designer Stine Goya to produce unique kit collection

Umbro has never been a brand to play the rules.

From their classic shirts of the Premier League in the 1990s to Kühnen Windbreakers, which are decorated with geometric patterns that would avoid most brands, the British sports giant has built up a call on challenging conventions – and often delivers iconic results.

Her latest collaboration with the Danish fashion unification Stine Goya continues this legacy of innovation.

Inspired by the mixture of British and Scandinavian streetwear, the classic umbro football -silhouettes combines with Goyas lively and expressive aesthetics. Nostalgic 90s and early 2000s are resumed and reinvented with daring color pallets, unexpected fabric pairings and distinctive custom stains.

With seven pieces of pieces, a T-shirt, a long-awesome top, a skirt, a mini dress, wind breaks, pants and socks, the range newly newly presented the sportswear by presenting a fresh, female perspective.

The campaign shows Nagin Ravand, a Danish-Afghan football coach who is dedicated to breaking obstacles and the redesign of the representation of women and girls in football.

In the entire collection, the expression “good things should not take time”, which emphasizes the urgent need for faster advances in equality both on and outside the field.

Similar to the collection, Ravand illustrates the seamless mixture of functionality and femininity – this collaboration is more than just a fashion statement, but a sensible call for action.

The collection starts on May 28, 2025 and will be available from selected retailers and online.
